Niagara Jr. Purple Eagles

The following registration form is a PDF document that you can fill in electronically and email into our Registrar if the online registration is filled or closed.

Niagara Jr Purple Eagles will be offering Learn To Skate (Instructional), Mite, and Squirt divisions. Spring hockey will be scheduled from March through May. Online registration will open through March 1st.

You will need your USA Hockey confirmation number to register online. 

Players registered with USA Hockey through another league must show proof of their registration (USA  Hockey card or confirmation sheet from USA Hockey).  Players new to our league will have to provide a copy of their birth certificate along with their USA Hockey confirmation sheet.  The website to register is:   usahockeyregistration.com. If you did register with USA Hockey during the 2023/24 season, you do not have to register again.

Registration fee for Squirt (2013/2014/2015) $190 (Goalies are free)
Registration fee for Mite (2015/2016/2017): $140
Registration for Instructional (Learn to Skate): $120

Instructional will skate two days per week on Saturdays and Sundays.  

The Mite league will play half-ice games. Players will be participating in a (1) game to (1) practice ratio.

The squirt division will allow players with 2013, 2014, and 2015 birth years to register. The coaches will evaluate players on the first weekend so teams can be formed for the remainder of the season.

There will be no more than 16 players per team (this total includes a goalie) and four teams per squirt division, so SPACE IS VERY LIMITED. 

We will be taking FOUR goalies for squirts on a first-come, first-serve basis. After goalies have been signed for a division, any other interested goalies will be put on a waiting list. After receiving 64 players the registration will be closed. Any forms or payments received after a  division is closed will be put on a waiting list. 

All Divisions will skate twice a week on Saturdays and Sundays. The spring season will begin March 9th.

Times:  Ice times are blocked off from 8 AM to 11 AM.

• March 16th & March 17th
• March 23rd & March 24th
• April 13th & April 14th
• April 20th & April 21st
• April 27th & April 28th
